need to:

• Display an acceptable Privacy Policy on your website.
• You business needs to protect your customer's personal data. This means that your business must agree not to sell, exchange or transfer any of your customers data without the consent of your customers.
• You need to provide adequate security to protect your customers data.
• All pages on your website that are used for the purpose of collecting data must be secure (HTTPS).
• All the pages in checkout area on your website must use HTTPS (SSL).
• If you provide any customer email (eg. newsletters, product updates etc..) you must provide an opt out option (unsubscribe option). 
• Customers should not receive any email in the form of advertisements, newsletter, product update etc.. unless the customers has given their consent.
• Complete our application form, which will need to be signed by a senior member of your business.

Once the verification process is completed we will send you the link and details so that you can add the Company Verified logo to your website.
